I have tried multiple times over the past few months to subscribe to the newsletter, link: https://account.community.amplitude-studios.com/account/newsletter
But every time i get the error "An error occurred, please try again later." In developer console in the console tab i see "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()" and in network tab a "400 Bad Request" for the "optin-user" request.

I have tried multiple browsers and both normal and incognito mode with no luck.

It's been 3 months and i still can't subscribe to the newsletter. Are the devs watching this board to provide some support?

Same here! After waiting for a minute or so, an error pops up underneath "Activate" that says "An error occurred, please try again later."

Yeah I have this issue too. 

Some of you should have received an email with a confirmation. Also, the problem is raised by the fact that you might subscribe and drop from the newsletter quite a few times.

It's been over a month so i tried again. Still getting 400 Bad Request. I clicked on my profile -> settings -> newsletter -> activate  -> An error occurred, please try again later.

I highly doubt it's because i have made too many requests to sign up to the newsletter. Your system is busted and the requests are not well made or the api endpoint is busted.
