Hi,


I'm kind of confused, I have the rewards earned on twitch. Twitch is linked and synced recently. Steam is linked and synced recently. But the relevant skins are still grey (well red) out in the saloon. Any experienced the same or know how to clear it??



I've tried resyncing both accounts and disconnecting / reconnecting them also.

Hey,


Our webteam tells me that they can see it's all in your G2G inventory, so the problem may be that you got logged out of your G2G account in game (this seems to happen sometimes when updates are released.) Could you check that? If you're logged in and don't have access to the skins, something in game is bugged and we need to look into that.
