Hi there! I completely missed this forum when trying to reach out for tech support (original message below) so I accidentally posted it to the wrong forum, will go back and delete it now. 😅 

My fiancé recently got Humankind through Epic Games so today we tried setting up his Amplifiers community profile, but for some strange reason he is unable to create an account on the Amplifiers platform. 

The email address isn't linked to any other account, and we tried the following steps to see if we could troubleshoot the issue without needing to bother you guys (no luck, unfortunately; we were at it for almost 2.5hrs before we decided to give up and ask the professionals for their assistance):

1.  Signing up using my referral link
2. Signing up by using the "community.amplitude-studios.com" link (and manually inputting my username as referrer)
3. Signing up by using the "community.amplitude-studios.com" link (leaving the referrer field blank)
4. Signing up (using all three methods above) on 3 different devices: My laptop, his laptop, and my Android phone in both desktop and mobile modes
5. Tried using Chrome, Brave and Edge browsers using our different profiles
6. Tried using the above browsers (again, 3 different devices) in Incognito windows

Unfortunately none of the above methods worked, it allows us to fill in the fields but when we select the "create account" button it just loads endlessly (which, to be on the safe side, I left going for 10 minutes in the hopes it would go through but just needed some time).

Really hoping you can help us here, thank you so much in advance!

P.S: Just had to tell you how much I've been enjoying Humankind and how well-thought and in-depth it is. Can't wait to give Endless Legend 2 a try when its available. 😊🫶🏼
