Steam Humankind crash on launching a year ago

Hello, I have been checking to see every couple of months if the game will finally launch for me but it has still yet to work. Not sure why it doesn't and after checking a few things not sure how to fix it.
Here is a pic of my diagnostics if it helps.
I would really appreciate any help as I love this game and would love to try out the DLCs I have never gotten to play as the game has just never worked for me after uninstalling it the 1st time around. Played for a month or so after it 1st released and months later when I wanted to play again it would crash as soon as it tries to start up.

My name is Bojidara  and I am from Bulgaria. My boyfriend really likes your game Humankind. He only plays this game all day everyday. Since Christmas is coming up, I wanted to ask if you could think of something to surprise him with, like an email congratulating him on how many hours he has in the game or something. I don't play games and I'm not sure what else it could be but be in that realm. I'm sure he will be very happy, be it an email with a congratulatory text or some kind of gift in the game itself: a different logo or something like that. I am really sorry, if my request is troublesome and I will understand if you refuse, I just wanted to know is this possible. :)

Stuck on "turn pending" a year ago

I have been playing this game and I am on turn 300+. Turns either take a long time to execute (stuck on "turn pending") or don't even happen at all and I have to reload the game. After constant restarts I managed to get to the end of the game and pressed "continue game" at the end game screen and it worked. But when I was in the game the "turn" button and was stuck more than 10 minutes on "turn pending" and would never finish the turn. Other than this bug turns would not take that long but they took progressively longer the more the game went on.

Note: If i load the last turn of the game the "continue game" button does not work. I have to load the previous to last turn for it to work.

I have tried:

Reloading.

Restarting the game.

Using an older save to redo the last turn.

Verify game files.

Note: I am playing the PC Xbox app version.

PC Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

RAM: 16 GB 3600mhz

GPU: RX580

The game is installed in an SSD.

I was playing humankind multiplayer and Ime friends game crashed so I logged out then back in i got into a new game and realized he was not in it so I pressed alt f4 which was not a good idea because I lost all my saves please help

Xbox crash a year ago

On Xbox there is a weird bug where once you get to the contemporary era and you progress through it a little bit your game crashes and then once you try loading back in everything is fine for a little bit and everything starts showing up but then u crash again I would really enjoy the game if you could fix this bug because at the moment I don’t really like to play it because I know it will crash at some point and I just wasted hours playing and not getting to finish my play through. I really enjoy playing your game but the bug just messes it up. Keep up all the good work for your game but please fix this bug soon because I really wanna play without bugging out.
