After killing a Keeper, the red dot marking an enemy in that room remains until the end of the floor - the Keeper appears, an exclamation mark marks the spawn in the dark room, when a hero enters the room the exclamation mark turns into a red dot, when the Keeper dies the red dot does not go away.
