The two food replicator buffs seem odd?

We chose to gave a flat (+7) health regen bonus because it's a stat that most of the time equals 0 on early game. So the flat bonus is useful on early game, the scaling bonus (+14%) is useful on middle and end game.

Do you get a 14% bonus to the 7 flat bonus?

Yes you do.

By the way, Wes Davoun is being rebalanced on several aspects.



For example, Special Transmission will be divided into 3 levels in order to make his progression more dynamic and interesting.

From level 1 to 7, the skill will be lowered.

From level 8 to 14 the bonus will be the same as for now.

But when reaching level 15, the bonus will be higher.
