The DLC is free, and I'm thrilled about that. Rosetta is showing up in my Album, but aside from that I'm seeing no signs that the Organic Matters DLC is installed. When I scroll down in the Steam DLC list it isn't shaded as if it's downloaded, but the button only says "Play Game" rather than "install".

Is there a known solution to this issue?

After changing my clock in order to use Esseb somehow my game fixed itself.
