Playing Solo, chip slot bugged

I completed all Shroom's quests (in SOLO game, i already know if you do them in co-op it won't unluck them unless you are the host) and the archives clearly mark her as 4/4. However when i go to Comrade's workshop she still has the last chip slot locked.
How to fix?

Same here :/ I finished the third part and she doesn't have her third chip slot unlocked, nor do I have access to the special beverage so I can't even attempt her final quest.

Step by step of the bug
Step 1
I joined friends in a co-op game (as a client)
Step 2
We completed the quest that was to reach 13+ food production
Step 3
I got the "Completed quest" prompt
Step 4
We lost the game in the core
Step 5
I returned to the saloon and besides the cells, I did not get any of the other intended rewards
