Never said it was related to game development. Issues related to the game can be community as well. The point of the matter is that the issues related to the badge is not a high priority at this time otherwise it would've been addressed soon after it arose.

Just checked this after several month. But so far, no unlock for me for the Last Wish rewards (badge and avatar for example).
