My thought exactly. Would be interesting if this event allways triggers, that could hint to an overall story with the Harmony as some sort of crisis or larger event chain. I doubt this is just a random event. To use the Harmony for a one time event? Even after the first trailer which talked about "I reached perfect Harmony"? Can't imagine that. And why should they introduce a minor faction with an event? All others aren't introduced.
