In your Steam Library, under the DLC header, do you see "Uthassum Rhamoezz Sophon Hero"?

For some reason, hero unlock shows up on rewards list for ALL badges. That probably is part of the problem as it seems to only work from Profiler. At least for me it failed multiple times until I clicked it from Profiler's list.

How can I download and use the dlc?

There is no download nor anything to do, if it's in your licenses, it should be activated ingame :)

I have already tried the way you told and also checked my steam license in https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/. Although I can see the notification pop-up saying that it unclocked. I could not see the dlc in my steam library. What should I do?

As long as it's listed in your licenses, it doesn't matter if it's listed in the DLC from the steam library.

Hey Thorintar,

I don't see your Redeem attempt, to redeem the DLC, you must go throught you rewards, under the "Profiler" badges, select the "Connected to Steam" achievements, and you should be able to redeem the DLC.

Yup, it's there in licenses, unlocked on June 13th. Still doesn't show up under the DLC list or my notifications feed here.

Found it in my licenses. 6 july for me along my Digital Deluxe dlc.

Thanks guys, we're still investigating why we got an error response even if you already have it (doesn't happen to everyone).

The Steam API is not very helpfull on this as it doesn't give any detailed error message, only a fail...

If you don't see under the DLC list on the Steam library don't worry, it's not a bug, the most important is that you have it under your Steam licenses list.

"Endless Space 2 - Uthassum Rhamoezz Sophon Hero" on 14th of june here (on 27th of june the Digital Deluxe upgrade).

I also have it on my list. I do not have it on my DLC under Endless Space 2 on my main accont. 

I do have it on my list from 13th June, (I may have redeemed it originally from a link in the newsletter, not the G2G rewards page)

I still get the same experience when trying to redeem it again. 

Of course, I would expect some sort of error as I've already redeemed it but it does not hint at that being the cause of the error (if it is)

Hey guys, we've made some checks, and it looks better now, can you confirm you have (or not) the DLC, here, and look for "Endless Space 2 - Uthassum Rhamoezz Sophon Hero" in the list?

Thanks buddy. I've linked my Steam account and subscribed the newsletter but nothing. Maybe when the Steam API is fixed magic will happen and I'll get this cool hero. I love the Sophons :P

Ah, good to know that at least the error isn't on our end,

And that this is being looked into.

But I do not mind it taking a while or not being the top priority.

Seems the Steam API is throwing out errors when we try. We'll look into it, but it might take some time to assess the situation.
