I'm having the same experience as ElegantCaveman.

Are you sure we would be able to see it under the DLC Header Frogsquadron?

As currently Endless Space 2 only has 2 Publicly viewable DLC's being 539430 - Digital Deluxe Upgrade & 539420 - Early Access "Founder" Bonuses.

There is an additional DLC 527500, But it is hidden or deleted.

If that is the hero then I don't think we would see it under the DLC Header even if we owned it.

I have looked in the game files and found HeroSophons03 along with %EarlyAccessSubscriber

So I may have them available and just haven’t seen them in-game yet.

There doesn’t seem like any way to tell if I have already redeemed the hero,

should it appear in the currently "coming soon" content menu on the games main screen?

No. Just the Digital Deluxe Upgrade and Early Access "Founder" Bonus.

Tried launching the game and re-synching with Steam from my profile, hasn't helped.

When I try to redeem Uthassum Rhamoezz, I get a notification pop-up saying that it unlocked (at the same time as the error message pop-up), but if I actually go to my notifications screen, there's nothing there.

Funny thing: I can keep clicking on the "redeem" button and get a bunch of notifications and it'll "stack" the "ghost notifications".

So here, on Games2gether, it says that I unlocked "[Steam DLC] Uthassum Rhamoezz", but when I go to redeem said DLC, it gives me "An error occured with your last action. Please reload or contact an administator if the problem persists.". So onto my questions, one, does anyone else have this problem, and two, is there a way to fix it?

Hey Thorintar,

I don't see your Redeem attempt, to redeem the DLC, you must go throught you rewards, under the "Profiler" badges, select the "Connected to Steam" achievements, and you should be able to redeem the DLC.

Hi thanks, i as having the same issue. I feel the prosses of unlocking this and the comunity challange content should be made more streamlined and easier. Anyways thanks for the free content.
