This may be completely unrelated, but when I installed AVG a few days ago I noticed noticeable distorting and stuttering of the OST in-game, which stopped immediately after my uninstalling of AVG.  Also, other virus scans being active caused distortion of the OST in-game, but it stopped once they were no longer running.

AVG is no longer my friend.

ES2 OST is too good to be degraded, I know your feels, OP.  I wish you luck.
