I have a quick question about ship construction bonuses the are in Disharmony. I see on here: http://endlessspace.wikia.com/wiki/Dreadnought that some ships have "construction bonuses." My question is are those bonuses only applied when a ship construction has been completed, or is that when the associated ship is in a system's hanger?

These bonuses are in effect while the ship is being constructed. For example, Cravers get +15 on the star system for as long as a dreadnought is being produced on it. Once ship construction is completed, the bonus is gone until another dreadnought is produced.

Technically, the bonus only applies if the item in question is at the top of the queue. Which is the same as it is in construction most of the time except if the item can be completed in one turn along with something else. For example, colony ship's construction effect freeze pop growth. But if you have something else cheap to build, you put that in the first slot and you put the colony ship in the second slot, and your production is high enough to finish both in one turn you won't experience the construction effect.
