When trading commodities, do you lose the planetary bonus associated with it?

Was wondering if trading a voidstone or anti-matter or any other commodity if I did would the planet that had it no longer have the planetary bonuses associated with it?

I know if you only have 4 of a commodity and you give one in trade, you lose the bonus for having 4 until the trade terms end or you procure a fifth. I don't know about the planet specific bonus.

This is a good question. I think planet-specific bonuses are not affected because 1) when you give it away, you don't know which of the several you are giving away; and 2) when you receive it, you don't know where it's going. I think it's concerned only with the monopoly factor like draeh said. In real life, this logic doesn't make sense, but I may be wrong.

If you trade anti-matter, you still get +2

opulation: on your planet(s), but lose the module

cost bonuses. The same goes for luxury resources.

Many resources have a local effect on either planet or star system, like antimatter's +2 science, and an empire effect, like antimatter's cost bonus. He's saying the empire bonus goes away but the local effect stays. I think.

Given...

You get the +2 research per population of the planet it is on.

You get -10% production costs on modules that use antimatter per antimatter your empire owns up to -30%.

You get an additional -30% production cost for having 4 or more in your empire.

If you give one away in a trade, you keep the planetary research bonus, but you deduct the loss from your production savings.

If you have 5 or more of a resource and you trade one away, your empire bonuses are unaffected. (as the bonuses are based on 4).
