Tooltip doesnt states it. Is it module for 1 ship in entire fleet to boost fleet's stats once, or can i place it on all ships and have its effect stack?

Pretty sure it stacks. Otherwise it would be rather useless.

Why useless? It would make sense too. Like you take 1 support vessel to your fleet to buff the fleet, and he will be the only one with +fleet bonus while rest would have +ship bonus. To bad the current tooltips are so harsh so we need to imagine what it can do instead of reading detailed mechanic info.



Same with bombers... their stats are so wierd, and on top of having no combat log, we cant really see how good they perform in battles.

It stacks. Or rather it should stack the way it is coded.
