From what I understood the patch was to fix things related to Harmony faction. There a several bugs that need to be fixed as well.

There was a beta-patch for the VIPs over a month ago. It had a neat new feature.

I have reported some minor issues in the coresponding thread and then... I haven't heared anything from Meedoc or Pikou since 4 weeks.

A status update on the patchs progress would really be appreciated.
