What exactly does it do? The tooltip is really enigmatic... Only says the dmg per round etc and that all defence of ship contribute to bombers and fighters... So what the heck is it? I thought it will be like anti-bombers/anti-fighters batteries, yet afer reading the tooltip it seems to be some bombers/fighters boosting module... Tooltips in this game needs some serious revamp :S

Point Defences convert the power of the classical defences (Flak, Shield and Deflector) into damage against Fighters & Bombers. They can be a good alternative to Fighters & Bombers because they are cheap and can't be destroyed.
