I think none. There is no interaction with citizens as they only serve as a stat multiplier for planet yield. Citizens can only be "more happy" or "less happy". The happy level serves as the multipliers value. There really is no notion of government besides a tax rate.

I made a faction representing a race from Iain M Banks' novels: The Culture.

They're socialist. They don't have any concept of money at all and live on orbitals or in colossal ships.

I made two "versions" as the Harmony incorporates the zero-money trait, and the Automatons incorporate the idea of living in orbitals. (I'm still not sure I know which I prefer), but either way, the faction traits I used are below.

Bear in mind that these traits are trying to simulate the essence of The Culture - both in strengths and weaknesses, so other combinations would likely be more powerful!

Automatons:

Tolerant1 & 2

Crowded1 & 2

Optimistic1

Optimal Struct1 & 2

Scientists1,2 & 3

Dust Starved

Dust Impaired1 & 2

Feeble1 & 2

Price of Beauty1

Sheredyn Integ

Spendthrifts1, 2 & 3

Anarchists1 & 2

Harmony:

Tolerant1 & 2

Crowded1

Optimal Struct1 & 2

Scientists1, 2 & 3

Feeble1 & 2

Humane1 & 2

Anarchists1 & 2
