I have such bad luck. Haven't played in a while so started a game. Was having fun then bam... another game crashing bug. I couldn't get a screen shot but it said something about Array out of range some kind of duplicate diplomacy thing. Is there some kind of crash dump the game does? It asked if I wanted to continue or exit to desktop. I hit continue then it hung up and I couldn't do anything.

So did you try loading the previous autosave and continuing from there? Or hit continue, save the game, exit, and reload will often do the trick.

I hit continue and it hard locked. Couldn't hit save. I will try again from last save but I'm afraid the same variables will cause the crash again. I know that not highly probable in a game where so much can happen but that fleet is DEF going to attack me again and that's the last thing that happened. that battle had some affect on my diplomatic relationships and some var. caused the crash.

So, were you able to continue the game from the last autosave?



I wish as much as anyone that the developers will squash some of these crash bugs. However, at least I've had good luck with the game not crashing in the same spot when restarting from a save.

That's what I do once in a blue moon. Just reload an autosave and that tends to fix things.

I get this everytime since i got the DLC, just hit exit and load the autosave it fixes it.



Real pain in the ass, i think its a memory leak as it only happens after a few hours of play.
