In order of how quickly they update (links included):

Questionable Content. Monday through friday. Sometimes NSFW. Slice of life drama/comedy/I don't know that's been going for something like ten years no.

XKCD. Monday, wednesday, friday. Sometimes NSFW. Geeky humor that's been going for years.

Girl Genius. Monday, wednesday, friday. SFW. Steampunk adventure series that's been going for something like ten years now.

The Adventures of Dr. McNinja. Monday, wednesday, friday. SFW. Ninja doctor saves the world.

Goblins. Tuesday, friday. Periodically has some gruesome combat scenes. Group of goblins take character levels to protect their village. Hilarity ensues. Chock to the brim with meta-humor.

Lackadaisy. Updates whenever. Anthropomorphic cats running booze in 1920s St. Loius.

VGCats. Updates about half of whenever. Anthropomorphic cats make fun of video game stuff.

Favorite would probably have to be Goblins, just for the meta-humor if you've ever played any version of DnD.

If you are anything remotely resembling a geek, you must read: http://xkcd.com/ -- math, science, poetry, programming, life

If you're into geeky comics, try www.phdcomics.com for the struggles of students, professors and postdocs with daily university life. (The comic is horrifyingly accurate, sometimes...)

Also www.calamitiesofnature.com is a really good and deep comic for people who aren't afraid of texts.

I'm also reading some of the aforementioned comics and:

I also recently got into the Goblins webcomic. It's about a group D&D- style gobins and how the game-s world looks from their side. It starts with them making plans on how to best defend their warcamp and their poorly- locked trasure chest (really, that's what they call it in- comic) from a group of Adventurers. Things begin to change when the >Goblins themselves have to pick up adventurer class levels to survive. It's really quite good, I wholeheartedly recommend it if you don't mind occasional fairly graphic violence.

I'm amazed (and heartened) by how many QC readers there are here. No one I know in RL has even heard of it!

I'm a huge fan of xkcd and sluggy freelance, but I like to catch up on penny arcade too occasionally.
