Is it possible to instant purchase stuff in this game (like Civ5)? Some people say they can, I didn't see an option/button in the game. If you can, how do you access the instant purchase thing. Thanks a lot!

Click on the Dust symbol on the right side of the item in your production queue, it shall be ready to use in the next turn.

Also, if you just hover over that dust icon, it will tell you how much it costs to quick build it.

Some stuff is dirt cheap and you can do it every time. Other stuff can take a significant whack out of the wallet.
