I just got one of these bubbles, and it says something like "If it were easy it wouldn't be fun"

What triggers this? Why does it come up?

there are random events, havn't seen them all. so that may be one of them.

I don't recongnize it atm, give more info and i may.

I think it's an "achievement" of sorts - I believe I got the exact same notice after settling an Artic world (the first harsh environment, such as Artic, Lava, or Barren) that I had settled that game.

I think after clicking on it, it even remarks about settling a harsh world, and doing so having extra challenges.
