Well after 75minutes of play I must say I love this game! I also really like the combat, though as others said priority targeting would be nice though either way its till amazing. So far I have only killed one scout and two pirates. Heres some pictures of my empire, no laughing at my noobness though :P They are of my current owned system from system map, research screen, and empire screen.

One advice : Avoid having no production in your systems. Always something and when you have no special building to build, use the ind=>dust or the ind=>science.
