Also got the Emperor's edition, the game is already better in Alpha then a lot of games after a few patches. So definatly worth it smiley: smile

Yeeaaahhhh.... that would be me. Endless Space looked really, REALLY good, but I was still on the fence about it. After buying the admiral edition and trying out alpha I regret my decision a lot. Hopefully there will be some sort of "upgrade to emperor edition" or something like that on Steam. I really much would like to give my full support to the devs.

Totally had to go with the "Support the Game Dev" Empire Special Edition. In fact, this is the first game that I have ever pre-ordered as it a) has a superbly polished alpha that led to a few nights of, "just one more turn" and b) I am so ecstatic to see an old-school 4x game be done right.

Bought the Emperor edition, and after a 3 hour try of the alpha i have to say....i have played a lot of final versions A LOT worse than this game, a fantastic game even in alpha, this is a real gem smiley: wink
