is there a way i can play a endless space beta or somethin? because it says on the site to try the beta....

Where does it say that? On the Endless Space page it shows they aren't in Beta yet. To get access to the Alpha you have to pre-order the game somewhere like Steam.

It's in alpha right now. The current version is 0.30.5.
