At least the United Empire AI in my current game have more than 5 systems by turn 100 in 0.51.2 compared to 4 prior. In fact they have a lot and have colonised very aggressively, and I'm liking it as you are



Weirdly though Darksider in the same game the top three [ofsix;Pilgrims1st,UE2nd] with me being third in points have them offering peace treaties, open borders and coop pacts. Ironic since I really want to declare war on them! The boot is definitely on the other foot for diplomacy... or not from your experience. Sounds like Amplitude have really polished the AI & diplomacy since the last patch [0.48.2]. Huzzah!



I think I'll go to war and see if I can experience this aggressive warfare from the AI you speak of, sounds like the AI could actually win oO'

Now I have to try out this update!
