I'm from Spain and I speak English but for me would be much more comfortable playing the game in Spanish

It would be nice, but currently localisations shouldn't be on the to do list, there are far more urgent issues that the devs need to deal with (AI, Diplomatics, ...).

Same here. It would be neat, and it could actually pull lots of Spanish gamers; that is, if there is any chance to make it (if it's too much work for you guys, even when we make the translation, it's cool. We just wanna help! And play in Spanish. And do something useful with my life, at this point).

Made this into a discussion by changing the title. I believe to have read somewhere that the problem with translations into languages no Amplitude employee can read is mainly a legal one. If they include the translation, they're responsible for everything it contains.

That doesn't stop the community from fantranslations, though, and it is relatively easy to implement those, as far as I know.

For the case of spanish: Have you had a look at the fantranslation in the Endless space international forum? I believe it's almost finished.
