The negative trait for Horatio is named Anti-Expansionist, which is a bit contradictory since Horatio is in a crusade to fill the galaxy with Horatio and most of their positive traits foster colonization and expansion.

I understand the need to give Horatio this negative trait to keep them from plopping ships and filling all the available space and I also understand the name of the trait must remain generic so that it can be used in faction customization, but perhaps it could be named different (i.e. "Excessive perfectionism") while remaining mechanically identical.

This has actually already been for a g2g vote to chose what to change it too. I think the winner was The Price of Beauty.
