[Suggestion] Turn off auto-governing colonies after conquest

I encountered one problem in my last playthrough (I've only played two games). I took some worlds from the enemy, and later in the game, noticed that they constantly wanted to build their own thing. I had never seen the auto-governing button, so I was very confused. Eventually I figured it out and turned them off as it was quite annoying. Therefore, I had a small suggestion: When you conquer a system either A) Turn auto-governing off or B) Tell me I've conquered the system and ask me if I would like to govern it myself or install a governor. Thanks!

Renamed the title slightly.

Sounds like a very annoying bug to me.

make a system change the governor to none when changing hands, I did not do any system trading but my guess it that the governor type will not change as well.

I totally agree with you. This anoys me as well and it would take some load of our hands if it would be done automatically.

An invading group might have different plans with a system than the original occupant.

Auto-disabling would be nice

This would be handy for game play... Also, considering that any colony that was just captured... SHOULD get a new governor/leader. It just makes sense, fluff-wise, with different races.
