At the moment, the select all button for hanger (and elsewhere) requires you to select one ship before selecting all. Should simply allow you to select al without clicking one first.



Similarly on the fleet merge function, clicking merge without selecting any fleets should merge all of them as long as there are sufficient command points to do so.
