Not a bug so much as observations/questions.



In the empire management screen, if the top portion is reserved for overall empire overview, the middle is for system overview, then what is the bottom portion of the screen (where there seems to be nothing) reserved for? The system overview screen seems to be cut short by a good few inches, as if something should be there.



On the empire overview portion, on the right side there's a box that shows you the system-wide bonuses/penalties that your empire has acquired. After not so many turns, this box becomes much, much too small. I think scrolling works well for almost every other screen or box (sometimes knowing that you can scroll can be difficult), but not being able to have a nice look at all the bonuses and penalties at once is annoying. This may be a personal thing, but it prevents me from taking in all the information I want at once and forces me to take in portions of it at a time. It slows down my decision process by that much more and makes it more difficult for me to memorize the bonuses/penalties.
