outpost remaining turns on galaxy view

Wasn't entirely sure how to word it for the topic title, but besides the point.

I know you can click on a system to see how many turns remaining until an outpost will upgrade to a colony, but it would be nice to have that displayed in the empire management window as well. Similar to how you can see the small number of turns remaining for the population upgrade thing.

Currently it seems like you have to click every system individually to check to see how long is left to become a colony. Would be really handy to have that information all available on the empire management screen.

Agreed, plus the time it takes to make a new colony is cripplingly slow on normal speed.

Really? I find myself saturating the galaxy with my colonies very quickly. Are you building the colonies from newly colonised systems or churning out colony ships from planets with a high industrial base?
