Hello my name is se7en,

excuse my french. smiley: wink

If i buy a Planetary improvement, a ship or something similar for dust and refuse it before round ends, i will not get back the dust.

Thats weird for me because i did not end the turn.

Next, i move a hero to another system/fleet and unfortunately i missclicked the system/fleet. Im not able to move the hero to another system/fleet without having waiting time. All that happens before the round ends.

In my opinion its illogical because i did not ended the turn.

My suggestion is:

If i refuse anything which i bought for dust, i want to have back the dust.

I want to move a hero to an unlimited amount of systems/fleets before the round ends.

Why did you buy a enhancement and then refuse it? And, by refuse, I assume that you meant you removed it from the build queue, having deciding that you no longer want it. It makes no sense, in my opinion. Buy outs aren't exactly cheap, and they were designed that way (as I understand) to make sure people are sure they want to buy the build instead of waiting.

As for the Hero waiting, if you could do that, people with level 20 Admirals, for instances, could exploit their opponents. They can put that Hero on every fleet before a battle, giving them an advantage in every fight that turn. So I really doubt the Devs will change this.

This was discussed a number of weeks ago, and it is listed in the tech support sticky welcome thread, interface issues post. I consider it a bug, that when you buy out an item and then delete it, there is no warning and the dust is lost. There should be a warning dialog, or else the dust should be refunded. This may happen because you work on one system, decide to buy out something, then you look at another system later, and you find a "worse need" for a buyout.

I've done that on occasion. :\

As for moving fleet admirals around, the way you (OP) describe it would still be abusable: put a hero on a fleet, commence battle, "oops, I didn't want him there" and move him, do another battle, repeat.
