propose to be able to whisper another player or your alliance. I know this has been suggested but didnt see it listed so figured it probably hasnt been suggested properly.

. could make it tech based perhaps in the diplomacy side of things make it a tech to be able to whisper and an alter-net tech to be able to chat with alliance.

. just allow us to do it without the tech



I am ok either way but really think there should be channels within the chat to make the alliances that much easier to communicate.
