There should be a way to get an overview of all bad anomaly's, so if you research the solution for these you don't have to click through 50 systems, planet for planet to find the ones which have a negative anomaly which can be fixed with the new research? This could also work for Moon exploration. I'm not sure what would be the best way to implement it but it would reduce the micro management.
