Would be nice to have a popup on discovery of a new tech (similar to CIV5), a little hand drawn graphic in the games style and perhaps a voiceover?... I think a few changes like this after the general bug fixing will turn the best indie game I've played in a long time to one of the best AAA games of the last few years... Just needs a little more depth.

Um, you DO get a tech popup every time you finish research. It's that microscope icon that comes up on the right.

With the way battle notifications work with other windows, you REALLY don't want a tech window coming up and preventing you from getting one or more battle notifications.

Also, this should probably have been posted in the proposals subforum.

Hehe a window like Moo where the chief scientist pops to show you your new tech was nice but i dont know if it can work the with the way the game works now, would be nice addition though
