To further enhance the individuality of games, I would like to have the ability to use custom civs for the opponents. For instance, let's let's say I wanted an all out economic game I could design that into the opponents to lesson war and enhance their Dust capabilities. The same would go for all the other victory types. This would allow for more of an individual taste and flow on the games.
