An idea of fabular mission like main story from "Reunion" (story integrated with science progression etc.) would be nice as supplement for current game modes. It would be great if there was an mission editor attached so everyone can create his own story and share it with community.

Another good idea would be simple missions like in total war series



example:

High Council will reward you if you capture specific planet in next x turns or do a specific research in next x turns or make diplomatic action in x turns
