As a user i want to fine tune the target frame rate bar so that i can set it to the exact desired frame rate with ease.



I have a hard time to set the desired frame rate to 60 since the bar can only be modified using the mouse. I always overshoot the 60 so i currently have it set to 59 since i dint want to spend more time in perfecting this setting. if i could use the arrow keys on the keyboard to get a 1 point resolution change or any other ability to do so would make it a lot easier to get the correct setting.
