I know, but that's not the way they chose and it wouldn't have been very beneficial anyway, since out of the m winners, they will have to choose one.

If I see it correctly, they just took n faction entries after another, made a poll and repeated it. My comment was just aimed at the fact, that the mods seem to be among the fastest spammers on the forums, naturally, since they are almost all in the first poll.

I was close to voting for the Elysian Transcedence but then decided to vote for the Rakravagania, don't know why, the other entries are cool as well but I just seem to prefer floating cats.

I wouldn't be so sure to take your entry too fast out of the equation. Even if i don't like it, i'm just one person. I believe all entries, in the end, are going to be modified by the developers and even the weird things are going to be altered in a way they are favored by the game's setting.

In fact that race is in my mind since... something like... 7 or 8 years, but something serious. In fact they look like floating cat with very long hairs. Think cat of Sheshire (spelling?) from Alice in Wonderland. But I tried to do some humour here (the hairs are so long and floating they may look like tentacles), and just failed miserably

Didn't mean to insult you in any way VieuxChat, i just believe the race isn't meant for a game like this, though i commend you for your time you placed to the lore. It's far better than some other entries which i have seen. I think it would be better in an Asian-oriented sci-fi game, with all their weird...stuff going on.

AT LAST, a bit of time to take care of the great factions created by the community! We have 66 submissions, so let me explain how things are going to work: you will be allowed to pick your favourite faction: one choice only. There will be several polls and each will last a week.

Once the voting in done, we will pick the winner of each polls and we will choose our winner(s).

What i can imagine is that some of these ideas where in my opinion...bad and i hardly saw how these races could go onto the space age. On some polls i didn't even vote! But that's just the old grumpy me. We'll see how it turns out.

My gawd! It's something between a jellyfish and a cat! Can't you imagine? I spit applejuice at my monitor when I was reading it and I also like the gameplay concept although I hope they look over the traits again when they implement them

Voted for the Fal'Hadei. Gameplay particularities seem interesting, as well as the detailed story.

The Mechaspawn were pretty good too.

(and no, I don't particularly want cat-like species in Endless Space, I see them already too much on internet
