ENDLESS™ Space is a turn-based 4X strategy game, covering the space colonization age in the ENDLESS™ Universe. You control every aspect of your civilization as you strive for galactic dominion.
Go the the advanced options (the one on the right hand part of the screen), uncheck random galaxy seed, and set the galaxy seed to some constant that you'll use every time, e.g. "12345".
I haven't definitively tested, but this should theoretically do what you want.
