One thing I know is bugging me, is the masses of miniscule fleets the AIs keep throwing around to blockade systems, even whilst there are no direct hostilities in effect.
And this isn't just annoying, it's also surreal, a single ship, scout none the less, should not be able to even invade a planet, let alone blockade it.
Perhaps there could be a limit on how much military strength a fleet must have before a blockade can take effect (perhaps superior to that of the planet's?).
And that there has to be an actual active invasion in effect before a blockade takes place.
This would also help on the whole issue with the mass of reclamations when a neutral/hostile ship flies past your star systems.
I am well aware that there are mentions in that post, I myself was first to reply in it. Yours is also not a suggestion.
And there is no similar suggestion listed in the summary, hence I find this being a legitimate thread, and in my idea, one that should be taken in account.
