(suggestion) Choose which fleet to attack

I'd like to be able to pick which of the fleets to attack when there are multiple fleets at a system or if not the individual fleet than at least which faction to attack when more than one are present.

Most definitely, how often I have attacked the wrong faction...

Or if there is a rule, such as "you always attack the fleet that entered the system first", it should be explained somewhere.

Rule is not enough. By the way, will You manage to remember which fleet was first after 10 turns?

This is need of some kind of manager. But definitely this is needed.
