Same problem here for claiming Endless Space on Steam.

Well, I signed up for a new account here, linked to my Steam account, went to 'Rewards', managed to claim the free comic Love Thyself on Steam - BUT - although Endless Space Definitive Edition is shown as a free reward and 'unlocked on Steam' it doesn't show up in my Steam account, nor is there a link to claim it on Steam. Amplitude doesn't appear to have any support services outside of these forums, and they don't seem to monitor them, given the complete lack of response to what is obviously a widely encountered problem. Anyone have any ideas on how to actually get the game for free as offered?
