Same issue. Is it because Steam is selling Endless Space "definitive edition", hence we can't claim the Endless Space "collection"? What are the differences anyway? No response from dev?

it seems like we are all going through the same thing. CoH is no problem but i guess there is a bug preventing us from getting ES

Same issue. I claimed endless space but it didn't appeared in my steam library. Moreover I can't claim "Love Thyself - A Horatio Story" dlc AT ALL. I haven't tried company of heroes 2 because I already have it.

I have this issue too. I guess as Endless Space was pulled off from Steam maybe.

more than 10 hours has passed and it still doesn't appear on steam

I claimed CoH but Endless Space doesnt redirect me to redeem page the button just doesnt work :(

Same problem here.

I just claimed it again. It seems my claims got unclaimed in the past 13 hours. I will be checking to see whether if it is fixed for me.
