Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Create a game and progress as Han
Step 2
Build the Han EQ
Step 3
Check the diagnostics log, there should be an error coinciding with the EQ creation
Step 4
Occasionally playing long enough may result in a turn pending bug and/or save files corrupting

Creation of the Han EQ consistently creates a "Descriptor already on the entity. DescriptorName='Tag_Exploitation_Luxury'" error in the diagnostics logs. Sometimes I experience turn-pendings and save file corruptions which might stem from this error since it is the only one which appears in the logs as well.
