Recently changed my computer, since then I've been unable to download my persona collection. My own unique persona has been retrieved however. 

I have tried relaunching the game, disconnecting then reconnecting to the Amplifier but it didn't change anything. I should also note that when hitting the "refresh your persona collection" arrow it tells me "internal error"
