First try, not great but ok. I've slow down in a useless war against my neighbor. I'll do better on a next attempt if I have the time to make one :) Let's say I'll try sub 100.

I though I would do better, but I was forgetting the special trait of scientific nations : 1 era of advance for research.

Anyway, only a few turns better this time.
