Ekareya Turn 32 Roman Vincit omnia.ctr


That was a nice scenario, the climax in the moutain vs the persian at the end was epic =).

I went with aztec + lighthouse on my first run, did a 42 turn. Lot of improvement could be made on this run.
So I went back in, but this time with Norsemen and lighthouse and it was the key to a a run under 40.

Because you get to the second continent faster, but more importantly you get there earlier, right before the IA start to snowball. So, the fight are way easier than a few turn later when all the persian city have a stack of 4 spearmen.

I think with the foresight of a 32 turn run, I could shave 2 or 3 turn by not getting lost during the north west ocean crossing and by bringing a bit more firepower. I sent my best legion on the south west to the brown, and it get stuck there doing a game of whack-a-mole with the brown cities... instead of kicking stuff in the persian moutain.


The map have a lot of terrain to navigate through, which was frustrating at first, until I run along with it, and plan my attack a bit better. ( sneak attack from all side ^^ ). It was still a pain to navigate, but it was quite fun.
